I asked them not to fill up the washer fluid and to put the tire pressure at 38, they were all over inflated and I had to go to les scwab to have them checked.

I was not told that it was a drop off appointment and as a result I sat there for 8 hours since I live in Port Townsend and had not arranged transport. Taking the shuttle was risky since I was not told exactly how long it would be. I was extremely unhappy about the situation and had planned to bring our vehicles back for service but after waiting so long I’m now reluctant to do so.

The interior was all spotted after the application of the stain and uv treatments, the exterior looked like it had been washed with dirty rag and left in the sun to dry. My wife was told the digi shield a 1400 dollar option, on the hood would be redone due to bubbling that she pointed out when she brought it in was NOT corrected, overall not at all satisfied for a redo of service that should have been done correctly the first time. Pretty sure we were scammed for all the upsale options we paid several thousand dollars for.

THEY FOUND OUT THE TRANSMISSON WAS A FULLY ENCLOSED TYPE AND JUST DID A TRANSMISSON FLUID CHANGE. HE DID A NO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE. THANKS.
