I waited over 4 hours to only have 1 of 3 maintenance items performed. I went in to have an oil change, tire inspection to see if it can be repaired( note it had been repaired 2-3 times previously at the same dealership, to only have the tire still leak air), brake and rotor inspection. I made it clear that I wanted the oil change and tire repair done, and to inform me on how much the brakes and rotors cost. I got there at 12:00 pm, I was there in the dealership the whole time. At 3:00 pm I decided to figure out what was going on, because no one had discussed with me the quote on how much the brake repairs would be before then. I went and talked with the associate and she informed me that the rear brake pads needed to be replaced and the rotors could be resurfaced, I said that’s okay, go ahead and do that. They then informed me that they didn’t know how much that would cost but they will figure it out shortly. At 4:30 pm I decided to again go find out what’s going on, only to be informed that they couldn’t repair the tire, that I needed 4 new tires and that none of the brake work had been compete, and if I wanted to leave it over night I could. I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and an estimate. Since I’ve owned this Dodge Charger which I bought brand new, I’ve only taken it to dodge dealerships for service. After this service experience, and previous(since the tire was never ever properly repaired and was denied getting it replaced even though it was under warranty) I will NEVER go back to a dodge dealership, I will NEVER buy another dodge or Chrysler product. Being a military service member, the time that I am allotted off is very precious and rare, wasting an entire day to have almost nothing done is unforgivable.

I wish you guys would take better care of the customer. I just cleaned my van and the floor boards where dirty I wish you guys would take the time to vacuum and wash the cars. Yes I got a coupon for a car wash but that doesn't help with the inside. Also for the hybrid cars you should plug them in for the customer. I turned it in this morning with at least a 80% charge and got it back with 6% and my radio station was changed I don't care if people want to use my radio while they work on my car but at least charge it when your done.little things like that go along way.

He went above and beyond with this recall on my 2009 Dodge Journey! I was just going to have the recall serviced I do all my oil changes to me dealerships have to many hands involved in simple tasks? Besides cars will and is the 2nd biggest purchase people will make in there life. So I never trust oil changes with anyone besides myself. He went over the process and timeline that involved the recall... that I was confident he wouldn’t let anything wrong happen to my 2nd biggest purchase that I gave his team a shot at my hopefully return business! So far I’m gonna be Westhills Dodge repeat customer with all my car care needs! James cannon thank you and your team for the extra care with our vehicles!!!
