Kris was absolutely amazing, she kept communication not only opened but flowing the whole time my vehicle was in your care... After two days of driving my van I I'm really impressed with the difference after your technician has fixed my vehicle... When a dealer says "it can't be fixed", and I can go to car toys and have it done in an hour... What can I say. The service tech was great, wish I could say the same for the brand.

The only negative is it took over an hour for an oil change. Would like to have waited no more than 1 hour.

Came in for an oil change, had a cup on but got interigated about where it came from "You guys sent it to us in the mail!!!" Then waiting for my keys "which apparently were missplaced". All after being told my driveline is leaking like a suv but could not show any proof of a leak for an almost 900 dollar repair.

The Customer service is always good. James was very helpful . The disappointment was with the part that they have to order dodge new what part had to be replaced made an appointment lost my truck for a day to be told they will have to order the part and will have to go through this process again with out a vehicle for a day or so. I assumed the part would have been ordered prior to my appointment. Again. James was awesome and helpful m
