Failure to check all boXes on multi-point inspection and failure to reset oil life. Was oil change and inspection done? Makes you wonder.

I told your rep what the problem I need fixed with my Jeep and he said they would need to run a diagnostic instead. I grudgingly agreed. After finding out it was what I said it was, I wasn’t given no the option to just fix the problem. I was only given the option to fix it and run a second diagnostic. I brought up the $10 off an oil web coupon but was not given the discount. All in all I won’t be coming back to this dealership unless you’re running a deal I can beat or I have no other choice. I spent over $500 and I wasn’t satisfied.

Service writer was good.but when I made an appointment for 7:30 I was not told it was an all day appointment. My thought was maybe two to three hours. I was going to wait. But after being told different I went home. It definitely changed the way I had to rearrange my day. It was a huge change in my day and very inconvenience .

I was quoted a price, drop off my car Then 4 hrs late called and was told a different price. For installing a hitch. I picked up my car and didn’t have the work done

Horn doesn't go off when locking the vehicle. Wasn't in that condition when I brought it in for service.
