Keys cost way too much bought Keyes online dealer cut Keyes only to find the ignition cylinder had been changed, why you cut to vin instead of working key is beyond me, so I had to eat that cost, which is ****. Otherwise the man who helped me was a good guy, the only good part of the experience

The technician failed to pressurize my tires to the correct pressure after the tire rotation. He also failed to straighten my steering wheel after a front wheel alignment. The oil dipstick was left out about 3 inches after the oil change. This resulted in oil covering my engine. I think the service advisor (as great as she was) should accompany the customer out to do a final inspection after service like this. Everyone one rants about “make sure you give me a 10 out of 10 or we fail”. I can’t do it, guys. This is the third time the dipstick was left hanging out. Attention to detail no matter how busy you are.

Our bed liner cost was $350 for West Hills. Unfortunately, MY cost was $534.10. When I paid for the work, I also received a copy of the$350 invoice. I asked Richard to call me about this, but never received a call...
