Even though he was drowning in tasks, he was professional and smiling. Too bad they can't staff more people to help him out. I was in and out in a timely manner, especially for a Sunday

I was not unhappy with my service at all! But I had scheduled my truck for 8:30 am and at 10:30 when I called for update it had not been started. It would have been nice to get a call with an update that it was going in later than scheduled. Everyone that I talked to were extremely friendly and did a great job fixing my issue.

Scheduled during a time which required the vehicle to sit with no work commencing. Need to have an accurate scheduling system or additional technicians, under staffed or over booking doesn’t take the customers time into consideration
