When I parked and walked into Service Dept., the representative askwd where my vehicle was parked. Keep in mind I’ve been coming to West Hills Dodge for going on 10 years for my vehicles’ maintenance, and have never been informed to park in service area. Normally there are no spots and mechanics driving in and out the vehicles under the covered bay. In all the years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never once been told where to park. I was a little taken aback by that comment.

Kristyn did a good job. I would prefer to have the dealership wash my car as the coupon for a car wash is of poor quality

Always when I get there I see there aren’t enough service advisors to accommodate the flow of customers. It feels awkward waiting for a service advisor to call me to their station. And it seems like a five minute wait. A little longer than I’d like to wait.
