I wish I had been told about the charge for my brakes bring checked. I was not informed about this charge. This was unexpected for a vehicle still under warranty. The service was fine but I wish I had been told so that I was prepared for the cost and could have financially planned for it!!

Since the service on my vehicle I have warning icons popping on, “check your gas cap”, gas cap on properly, windshield whipper fluid (not empty)...

When the part was purchased I was told installation was going to be approximately $450. It ended up being $526 which is nowhere close to $450 I would like to see an itemized breakdown of the installation cost. If I had gotten the estimate in writing I would be asking for a rebate

My driver side mirror was damaged during the time my truck was in your care. I was told it wasn’t done during that time and I just happened to notice it when I was driving away. When I pointed out that the pre-inspection does not note the damage to my mirror, the “black shirt” told me there was no way he could have noticed it. I understand the frustration, but I will not be satisfied until you make this right. Police and insurance steps completed, waiting to see what service manager says tomorrow.
