Upon payment, and 1st start up, a very noticeable whining noise was noticed. Garrett took notice and immediately drove it back into the garage for a mechanics impression and it was determined that the newly installed fuel filter was defective and would have to be replaced. Unfortunately, we're traveling back and forth from Sequim so it was highly disappointing to find that a brand-new installed unit was bad out of the box. However, Garrett is working to resolve the issue soonest possible. On the flip side I'd recommend that Corporate Quality take a deep dive review of new component manufacturers as this is the 2nd time in less than 30 days we've had two different brand new fuel system electrical components fail immediately after installation in our two different 2004 Grand Cherokee's at two different Chrysler Dodge dealerships. There's obviously a problem with Chrysler's Quality Control of procured units (something Garrett has no control over) and Quality Control of sub-tier supplier components is something I'm highly familiar with having spent the last 18 years of my working career dealing with for the Aerospace Industry. Just a thought....

Waited over 30 days for an appointment on a recall. Service ‘tech’ said that I could use the cruise control while waiting for the appointment. Really? The recall notice said not to use the cruise control. It could cause serious damage, injury or death. Great advise. You guys ****. I used you because I didn’t want to drive to Tacoma. I always recommend people go anywhere to buy or get service besides west hills. But, thanks for asking. Again, I do not like your dealership.

My visit was for a software update. My vehicles update was completed and the procedure was explained, I was ask if I had any questions to which I answered no.The experience was great.
