It takes to long to get oil change, A hour and 40 minutes is not acceptable when you have a appointment.

The appointment was established at the end of last week and when I arrived at the service center, at about ten minutes before the scheduled service, the service attendant started the process immediately. In about an hour my keys were returned and I was on my way back home. Very professional.

I appreciated them getting it fixed in one day!!! I cant live with out my car! The only down fall was I had to wait over 2 weeks to be able to get an appointment for my car.
