Lars Rediske is an exceptional customer representative. He was friendly, and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done with my vehicle and WHY it needed to be done. Process out was quick as well as the service to my vehicle.

My appointment was for Aug 6, but your scheduler put Aug 13 into your computer system. The service advisor, Lars, made a great display of being put out and after taking several opportunities to demonstrate his annoyance toward his customer, had the work completed in only 50% more time than I was advised it would take

Mr. Labelle is my favorite service rep there. He always thoroughly goes over my inspections and services done. He’s honest and doesn’t ever push services on me. He always makes sure i do know what would be the most important thing to be fixed first. On top of all that at 730 in the morning he welcomed me with a smile and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Please give him a high five, or hug recognition for his outstanding customer service. I will come back as long as I can interact with him each time.

Lars was very informative and is helping me with a small problem concerning a rubber seal needing to be replaced along the drivers side rear wheel.He will contact me when he has the information. I find the support from the West Hills team to be outstanding.
