First off I was irritated because I took off work to replace a lost key fob and the women who made the appointment misunderstood my needs and thought I just needed the lost key, not the fob too. So now I have to come back this weekend... secondly I noticed a deep scratch on my leather arm rest. It definitely was not there before I brought it in. I will be calling tomorrow regarding both issues.

He was a very sweet and knowledgeable guy! He listened to the questions I had regarding my vehicle and was able to set me up with the appointment coordinator while my oil was being done. Very polite, he even went over my vehicle inspection. Would definitely work with him on future visits!

Even though there were computer difficulties the staff seemed very irritated about everything. When I picked my car up, the gentleman helping me seemed too busy and he even threw paperwork around and some fell on the floor. He was nice to me but you could see that he was obviously upset or just not happy having to work.

Krys giles was amazing, i have also had the worst experience with this vehicle and i hate it. Plus i paid for all warranties possible for the issue i have had and chrysler jeep dodge still charges me for the services i have covered . Especially any computer issues
