They couldn't take drain plug off so Garrett was supposed to call me back and set up appointment with mechanic. It was your tech who tighten it last visit.

Pretty dog gone professional, from the service, to the verbal courtesy, all the way down to the snacks in the customer lounge. And you guys caught the recall issue up front which was pretty impressive . As a former Federal Agent, I have an appreciation for professionalism.

No vehicle inspection sheet was given to me at the time of payment. I had questions on the price of the oil change. Was told I would get a call back about these questions but I have not received one at this time. Bob Carter

Twice in a row, your “safety” inspection failed to indicate a safety issue. The first time a burned out brake light was missed, plus my oil was low a week later after oil change. When I called about it, I was told diesel trucks go through more oil. This time a had a front headlight out, but again it was marked good on inspection. This time I was told that he noticed it but did mark it as such. I had the guy call to find out why, the person doing the inspection said he must have missed it. Plus I looked under the hood and my air filter box is covered with dust and no smudge marks indicating that it was removed to check, however it was marked sat on inspection. In fact I just took a break from writing this and checked it my self. I took two pictures. No way was this inspected because it’s very dirty. It’s obviously that safety inspections are not performed, just filled out to please someone in the company saying we are concerned about our customers safety and the reliability of their vehicles. Very very disappointed.

Oil change was not done. Check engine light still on. Engine still knocking. Dealt with immediate issue, but none of the scheduled issues.
