Second time bringing in car for clicking sound in front end after having front axel seals done. Was told it was a rock in my tire this time but it’s still happening. Will be taking car to another shop for evaluation. Also brought in car for abs dash light and tech was able to pull information with computer but was going to be charged $115 to tell me what it says. Will also be taking my car to another shop to have them read the code for free or less then your charge. I will be doing research on what mechanics in the area do warranty work as I will not be returning to your service department as this is the third time I’ve received service that did not fix the problem.

Truck was in for factory water pump replacement recall. Was supposed to be done by 1730 Wednesday aug 22. It is now 1922 and I have not received a call saying its complete. I was needeing the vehicle tomorrow now I mist make alternate arrangemrns at the last minute.

I was treated like a second class citizen. Days to return phone calls. Parts not ordered as promised. Stalls. Delays. Terrible service from Jim and Mike. Mike even blew me off and made Chris finish up my car after car being there three weeks nits still not done because both Jum and mike didn’t order the parts. Chris was wonderful she is the only person who was if any assistance. Apparently my car situation was too complicated for Jum and mike and they didn’t want to deal with it. The frosting on the cake? I wrote a polite email to Cody Edwards the GM asking for help over a week ago and HE NEVER REPLIED!! What a bunch of inconsiderate horrible employees and GM. I literally HATE taking my car here and dread the TERRIBLE service every time. Three weeks of not ordering parts. Not returning phone calls. Broken promises and mistreatment. What a joke this place is.
