To be clear: John was great and I felt he did everything he could to solve my problem but, for reasons outside of his control, he was not able to do so. So, in short, I am not satisfied but that’s not because of any lack of effort on John’s part.

I had my oil changed yesterday 9/17/18. Today there was a puddle of oil about a foot in diameter under my truck and underneath had alot of oil on it. I just tried calling at 7pm and was told there are no advisor available until the morning.
