John was very personable. He greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome. He also explained everything and kept me notified when my vehicle would be done. A great experience. Buying a car from West Hills was great all around. We figured out that between our family and friends my son- law has brought to Reggie we have bought 9 cars from you. We will keep recommending you. All 10's on whatever you think you sent me. Every time I get asked after service why I didn't rate them well. You all are great. You only ask one Q and ask for a comment, the last 3 times you poor associates are wondering what they did wrong. They are wonderful.
