John was great but latest map software was not installed and should have been. Also job was delayed because of other job. It took over two weeks to get an appointment not acceptable

Problem was not solved. Now have a 2012 Ram with 15,000 miles on it and cannot drive long distance because no one can say if safe to drive. Very frustated....
