John Parsons did an excellent job, no problems there. The problem I have with West Hills Dodge RAM is the long wait times for service. I called on the 4th of Sept for an appointment. I could not be seen until the 28th of Sept. If one has a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or RAM here in Bremerton and it breaks down your on foot for three to four weeks before someone will look at it. I still own a Toyota and Honda. When I call either of them I'm in for service the next day or day after. Maybe someone from Dodge should walk across the street and ask how they do it.

Jim handled the project well, give me good feedback on what other things he identified… Took a look at something I was a little concerned about, a small transmission oil city **** but nothing that he was overly concerned with, will take care of it on the next service.

Lagarette was great. We we're in constant communication. I'm just not happy that they said my car was fix but after driving for about 2 min the same noise is still there.

Although I was waiting for eight hours for my car to be fixed they were on able to fix it because they needed more information about my back up camera so I am in form that I need to take some pictures of it when it does not work so she can see them she was extremely nice and informative and I have no problems with anything that occurred there
