I called the same day I made my appt (10/27) to add a request to investiagte the faulty rear backup sensor (Park Sense). Although I forgot to mention it at check-in, the request was never annotated on my service appt and not completed since I did not have another 2-3 hours to wait. Additionally, I was quoted over the phone approx. $250 for both fuel filters, at checkin the quote climbed to $350. In either case the service was $420, this very common and periodic maintenance should be locked down and never exceed a "quote". ALSO, when the appt rep came to start the truck after I noticed the Park Sense issue was not addressed (after fuel filters were replaced), he started the truck and the starter ran for about 10'seconds for it to fire (NOT normal for a new diesel), this means the technicians did not properly refill the fuel filters and bleed the air out of the fuel lines after completing the maintenance. While I was extremely satisfied they did not try to create meaningless things that needed replaced to get more money (dusty wiper blades, air filters with only dirt on the crown of combs, etc), I was extremely dissatisfied with the timeliness of the maintenance, incompletion of maintenance and work practices (fuel lines not purged of air).
