First, Garrett does a great job staying in touch with the customer. The one thing the really was an issue was that my truck was sent home 2 quarts low of oil. Thank goodness I check it when I got home. I called Garrett and he told me what brand oil to buy so I could Bring the level up to what it should have been. Someone should bring this up with the tech that worked on by truck. Thanks, Tom G

I asked if my car was inspected and to see the inspection I was told because it was a dealee paid service it was not inspected and therefore had nothing to show me. I was concwened about the battery. I also asked if they could locate thw lug nut lock. No feedback.

I was told something would take a half a day to fix (drop off at 9 pick up around 3-4 that's a whole day to me) and it ended taking less time which normally is a good thing. We just had to get a rental car switch car seats around only to end up getting home to a phone call saying the car was ready. I could have easily waited for 2 hours during the day while the kids were at school.

The only thing I wasn't satisfied about is that there was still oil on the front of my hood and grill. Besides that, everything was good.

My vehicle was not serviced in a timely manner due to misplaced paperwork. I arrived at the time promised and realized my vehicle was forgotten. I received an apology and I know stuff happens but it's still frustrated.
