It was horrible! They put the wrong parts on my truck . I was there over Six hours waiting for them to resolve the problem. Total joke! Terrible customer service and communication between employees. I will never come back or buy from westhills again. And I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. The whole Dealership has gone down hill dramatically.

John was amazing and worked with me about getting this repair complete that has been open since July 2018. I would recommend y’all look into replacing your service manager with John because the current service manager doesn’t take care of the customers that are having issues with his service department unlike John. John quickly addressed my issues and help me get it fixed!

Once again the service and customer service at Westhills Dodge was unbelievable. Kris made sure my vehicle was fit in to a very tight and busy service schedule. I found nothing but kindness, professionalism and complete attention to detail during my visit.

The only issue I had was trying to schedule an appointment by phone. I called yesterday around 4pm and stayed on hold until I was forced to leave a voicemail. Never got a call back. Today I called at 225pm and was told the scheduler went to lunch and call back in an hour. Called back an hour later and said they were still at lunch and to call back in 30 to 45 minutes. Called at 430 and was able to get right in. After that it was all great. I only had to call because I didn't know what package to choose as it was my first time scheduling an oil change and I wasn't sure what I needed.

John did a great job for me, and I felt I was in capable hands. After the service was completed, he came out to find me in one of the waiting rooms - very nice that he did that, and timely service. Mike and his team are great to work with.
