I was charged full price initially and had to get money returned to me for the veterans day offer. I feel like it was far too costly when I was quoted $400 plus tax and charged over $515 before having $49.95 returned to me.

Your service was poor on several levels. The appointment to have my car serviced and have the airbags replaced was scheduled a couple weeks in advance, and called to confirm the appointment the day before. We live on Bainbridge Island and drove over to Bremerton West Hills the morning of 11/10 at 9 am. We checked in and the mechanics started to service the car just to find out 40 minutes later that they did not have the airbag part to do the replacement. Why did your service mechanics not check the inventory before confirming the appointment? No excuses! You wasted the morning of customers who for no good reason, and just a simple check of parts inventory. We will think twice next time about buying and servicing our vehicles at West Hills.
