DigiShield installation very poor. Service advisor had left for the day when I picked vehicle. Already had returned rental car. I have attempted to contact service advisor and left voice mail. I will be presenting car at earliest opportunity to have the product removed and vehicle restoration completed.

John was a great service rep. However I mentioned when I brought my truck in that the TPS alert was in. He said they would take care of it. Well the TPS alert came in right after I left the dealership which makes be believe no one side anything about it. Which now is going to make me bring my truck back in wasting my time. Your service department’s Yelp review are spot on about how unsatisfying the service your dealership provides. If it wasn’t for the recalls I would never bring my vehicle to your service department.
