Our service advisor did a great job getting our car done by the time we told him we needed it by today. Thank you for your excellent customer service! This was our first time here at this dealership/service dept. and we will be back.

Poor communication with team. The first few days the vehicle was in service, I would get a daily phone call stating that it would be ready the next day. This is all while I was paying for a rental. After a four day period with no communication and unanswered calls, I went back to the service center to get my unfixed vehicle and pay my $300 rental bill. The holidays pass by with no phone calls. I eventually call back, because I still needed my car fixed. They set me up with the next available open appointment, about three weeks later, where is was finally fixed.

I wish I could straight-across-trade my Dart for that midnight blue super charged Jeep outside!! Other than that - great service!! ;)

I had my windshield wipers changed and I left the dealership and started using them and noticed the passenger wipers were super long and dragging on the side. Went back and the tech put them on backwards.

It's alright.just can't advice clear enough and I have to find my answer from someone. My car battery low but they not tell me how long can still drive . just said need to be replaced but don't said when now I can't drive this car until I replaced battery or what.

I opened the passenger side door and the door and everything around it was wet. Someone left the door or window open. Other than that everything is fine so far.
