45 minute estimate (which is what it took last time...) took over 2 hours. The reason was explained to me that you guys were understaffed. Super nice guy, but he must have known that when he told me 45 minutes. I'm not unhappy with anyone. Just that we all are trying to keep appointments and this caused me to have to reschedule the rest of my afternoon. You guys are always great so I understand sometimes timing can be a challenge. Thanks!

Even though my car was dropped off without an appointment, the team was able to accommodate me and get my vehicle seen in a timely manner after being short handed during the holidays. By far the most customer service minded dealership service center I have ever stepped foot in.

My wife took in her 2014 Durango today. It needed an oil change and the 50k check. After 2 hours. She drove home to realize that there was zero, no power steering fluid in the car. When I got home I took the car back to the dealership The manager did help,me himself bowever I did spend a lot of time back ans forth from poulsbo. Twice.

Not sure why my oil change took 2 hours to complete. Typically take about an hour. There was another guest that came in for an oil change after me and left before me. Next time I come in I will ask directly for Jim as my service advisor. He is very informative during the time the customer is there.

Slow service, under staffed. Waited 20 min to be greeted. Poor tasting and very little coffee, did not complete tasks promised at check in. I had to approach service employee for a status.

You all uphold me from an oil change to an “intermediate maintenance.” You also fixed a flat tire. How is it that the flat that was fixed still wound up in the right-rear spot if you rotated the tires? All three of the other tires were running at the normal 42 pounds I keep them at. The fixed tire started at 35 and made it to 38 by the time I was home. I was curious about how tire rotations affect the truck’s tire pressure reading system, so I did a physical check as soon as I got home. Those other tires were never pulled off the truck, and the one you fixed got put back where it came from. Both Kris, and the young man who checked me out when I pickers up, read through the list of stuff that was performed. Somebody - somewhere - told a lie about tires getting rotated, and that lie got passed up to me. BTW, I videos myself doing these readings last night. I’m strongly considering putting it on my social media to warn everyone that your company upsells people and then LIES to them about doing the work. Your integrity is shot. How do I know you actually did the recall work? Here’s the irony: one of you will be calling me this morning, pleading for me to bring the truck back so you can rotate tires. You already had it for an entire Saturday. I’m still trying to decide if West Hills ever gets another penny from me, let alone put a tool on any of my vehicles.

Was a little taken aback after I was initially told vehicle would be ready at end of day and that was changed to next day because of overbooking but I understand.

The amount of time it takes to schedule a service is very inconvenient - I was on the phone for over 40 min, and I had to call back 2 times. Not only that, but II have never been able to schedule service in less than a week. There should be the ablility to support walk-ins. The only reason I brought my truck in was because of the recalls that I needed completed, otherwise I would have got my oil changed somewhere else.
