My car was in the service shop for mechanical and electrical service inspection. The car was not inspected at all. The wires and missing components were not replace. I have been charged over $300 for work that never been done!

I had an appointment at three pm and was there for more then 2 hours. It was for an oil change only. This is completely unacceptable!! This is the second tim ei have had an oil change with you and it took more then 2 hours for a simple oil change. I will probably not come back. The service tech was in such a rush he didn’t even put a new sticker on the window. When I complain about the time they didn’t seem to care

The product is great. The dealership accomplished getting the vehicle back to OEM standard. The disheartening part of the service is the length of time required for the service to be accomplished and the absent phone call for stating the vehicle is done. I received an email alerting me but I don’t check my email daily, I am use to receiving one on one phone calls from a dealership stating the service is complete. It is more personable Vice email. I use email at work to document phone conversations, more of a follow up receipt. Additionally the Dodge dealership appears to be overly packed, which in turns makes the interaction in the service department feel somewhat rushed. The footprint and overall layout is not comforting. With that being said sales and service reps are great on site and have been able to get resolution.
