What is the difference between oil #68218066AA 5W/40 and #68218940AC 15/40 oil? Witch one is Full synthetic oil? Both invoices shows synthetic oil. #5679286 12 quart's was put in engine, and on invoice #5691415 there was only 11 quart's put in engine. Is my oil level quart low? I requested the 2 tects names show up on invoice, was not on invoice.

I arrived just prior to opening, when service opened they took good care of me, & recieved my vehicle. Currently I am waiting, hoping that the mechanics will get the vehicle out quickly.

Took 3 weeks for an appt. while making appt told them one of the problems was possibly a warranty issue as I’ve had the issue three previous times and they would need to check with warranty to verify as they did the last part replacement. Had three issues total. One was a mistake on my part. The main issue they said warranty place isn’t open on weekends. Then why was it scheduled for a weekend? So they say call back Tuesday and he can check in to it for me. This was after a three hour wait while they checked it out. Also said might have to take it back to a different shop where I had two of the three related issues fixed before. Never did address or fix my 3rd issue. Only upside is they didn’t charge me for my three hour wait or diagnostic. Still have the issues

I arrived at 915 for a 930 oil change and didn't leave until 1130...1 hour after the quoted done time and barely even an apology....last time I spend $54,000 at this dealership...I won't be back.

Car isn’t fixed. Picked it up started it up and the mileage is blinking non stop! Tried turning it on and off and nothing works... just keeps blinking. Something more is clearly wrong now.

No contact necessary. The extended warranty that you buy when the car is purchased is worthless. Its nothing to do with the customer service .
