The service advisor was great. Oil and filter change was quick. However, when I got my truck back from service, my satellite radio is now not working. They hit the wrong knob to mute my stereo and now the satellite radio is non-working. I am frustrated and if I cannot fix it myself, i WILL be back in to have the issue corrected at the cost of the dealership. This is the first mistake they have ever made and i am extremely disappointed.

Tristan asked to give him a 3 hour window for maintenance and he met that window. He gave me a ballpark figure on cost and the final was below his estimate. No complaints on my end what so ever.

I recieved an oil change and had recall work done. Along with the recalls was a water pump replacement. By the time i made it home about 45 minutes later, the coolant light was on. When i checked the coolant, it was almost empty. Even a rookie tech should know to refill the coolant after a water pump change. The oil life guage was also not reset after it supposedly got an oil change. Did the oil get changed? I called the service department, and his idea was to drive the almost hour each direction to get coolant and the guage reset. Why would i drive that far with no coolant?

I want my money back. They charged me $135 for diagnostic fee but they dont fixed my car and I didn’t get the diagnostic code either. I feel so disappointed because I even buy my car in the dealership but I feel like they ripped me off .
