I really think you should install a large TV monitor on the wall above the beverage and snack bar in the waiting room. It should show pictures of new or used cars that are for sale. Or maybe an interactive touchscreen? I kind of wanted to look at used cars while I was getting my car serviced today but the weather was not cooperating.

I was told that if the tires were the problem for the front end pulling right it was our problem. Not under warranty. To me that is unacceptable for 2000 miles on a new car. So far everything is ok for now. The front end was out of alignment. It’s ok now. Thank you,

The service personnel were awesome! The fact that I had to pay 147$ for a repair to my rough and tumble Ram 3500 because it’s cold outside wasn’t. Once again Krys was awesome! But you would think a almost $70000 truck could handle window operations in 23 degree weather. Also, the courtesy drivers were fantastic.

My check engine light was on, it was not when I dropped it off. I would have liked the mechanic to tell someone before I drove all the way in to pick it up. There was no mechanic available to check it out, and I had no other ride. It had already been a few days longer than I was told to get it back.

I think the updates on timing of your vehicle being ready should be a little bit improved, but overall I was happy with my experience.
