Oil change was quick and staff was great. Not a huge deal, but I asked if my vehicle could be vacuumed out and I was told yes, they would do that. Come to find out they only vacuumed the front of the vehicle . I mean why bother ha ha. I appreciate them doing the little bit they did don’t get me wrong but if that is how it’s going to be done don’t bother next time.

I was told the recall work would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete. It took two and a half hours. If I read the work order correctly, the mechanic indicated his work time was .6 of an hour.

I was satisfied with the car service. I don’t know if it was because of the end of the day, but I felt like an inconvenience. Usually I am treated more as a valued customer, but I didn’t feel that today. Could just be me though.

In my opinion, your service member Kris went above and beyond to help me. She made sure the parts my vehicle needed were mailed to the dealership in time for me to make a road trip with them, which was very meaningful to me. Genuinly A+ service. Thank you.
