Paperwork was not done, car was in back by garage in the dark, plastic on seat, had to physically show him that lift gate was not safe when hitting my head it did not stop.

well my truck sat there all day for a oil change and tpms sensor check. allegedly the rear sensors were ordered wrong but the fronts weren't even touched. I understand being short staffed but don't blow smoke up my behind about getting them swapped out. I question whether or not my oil was changed or a new sticker was just put on my windshield

Was called by the dealership to make an appointment to have the seat belt replaced, they said part was in. Last Saturday I drove over an hour, was there for over 4 hours, upon leaving I realized they didn't fix the seat belt. Turned around. Waited another hour, and told I need to come back. So an entire day wasted, half a tank of gas and $6 for the bridge. Seat belt still broken. Confused and wondering why it's Wednesday and I still haven't heard a thing, except for this review request.
