I came in with a coupon for a free multi-point inspection. This coupon was handed to the service representative with no problem. It wasn’t until after the work was done that he pointed out that Diesel engines were not covered instead of clarifying with me before. On top of it they left some gooey residue on the hatch without even wiping it off before returning the vehicle to me. When I asked what it was they made some terrible excuse of what it could be and didn’t even offer to clean until I asked them to. This is by far the worst service I have received from ANY dealership.

My passenger side mirror turn signal was replaced due to no longer functioning. At some point in the replacement procedure a mistake was most likely made. This mistake resulted in the loss of remote control functionality of the passenger side mirror.
