I dropped off my truck on Monday evening 3/4/19 for its oil change on 3/5. When I entered the service dept. lobby, the service writers (younger guys) were goofing around and not focused on their job, customers, etc. Zach seemed bothered or irritated that he had to take down my info and take my keys (basically do his job). When I picked up my truck on 3/5 a different man (older man) helped me and he was a great deal better at his job. He was professional, walked out to my truck with me to make sure the floor mat and seat cover were removed, etc. I will ask for him again or someone else in the service dept. I would prefer not to deal with Zach and his attitude again.
