I was satisfied, but you were very short handed at the service advisors desks. There was one advisor when I was waiting to check in and he was busy for some time. Until another person came. Same situation on checking out.

There was a little discrepancy with the price I was given over the phone ($175) and the price I paid ($394) due to some confusion so that wasn’t fun and they didn’t have the parts needed for a safety recall but my car got done when they said it would be done and so far everything seems to be going good

I gotta tell you from my stand point being a disabled veteran who is in a wheelchair I've never been treated so well. Your people were AWESOME to me. Helped me in everything that was a problem. One of the best service departments ever. A+ Thanks guys and gals.

Came in with a heater blower dysfunction and blend door not pushing heat to the driver side. Zach told me after they pulled it all apart the actuator was part of the blower assembly and I wouldn't need to buy both parts separately. Ordered the blower from Portland said it would be in on Saturday they fix it on Monday. Monday he said they didn't get it done it would be there on Tuesday..,Tuesday he called again and said it would be ready on Wednesday. I told him I don't really mind that it took an extra day as long as I get heat to both sides in the blower works. On my way home I was unable to get any heat out of the driver side at the defrost mid-level or foot. The blend door issue has not been resolved. I know you have to take the dashboard out to fix this and I certainly hope I'm not build for the labor to repair this when it has already been taken apart with the instructions it has a blend door issue. Zach is a good salesperson I don't know why I'm still having this issue. I believe he thinks he solved it but it obviously wasn't tested and that's not a good way to do business.

It has been over 24 hours since I dropped it off and I have yet to hear from you. Then I get a satisfaction survey, how can I be satisfied when I haven't gotten my truck back. I also asked when I dropped it off if I could get the windshield washer fluid system looked at and was told, if we have time. The drop off was not up to par no form for my keys, he just wrote my name and number on a sticky note and set it aside. I just had the same thing done with the Mazda dealership and received perfect service, with this service as of right now it a 1/10. Makes me worry since I also have to have a car done at the Toyota dealership next.
