I spent $700 to fix my defroster and Heat on the driver side. They replace the fan and now they would another $2,000 open the blend door on the driver side. To say I'm and happy would be an understatement. They charge me for a diagnostic but apparently they didn't do it because it didn't show the blend door actuator is not working the first time they had it apart. So they overcharged me $180 in labor and I want another $2,200 to fix what they should have caught the first time they had it open. If this is your idea of good customer service I'll spread the word. Your sales manager was even worse than Zack he doubled the price from what Zach told me. Mike Starks is a smooth talker but he doesn't say anything but gibberish.

His time away due to health issues there was a lack of communication which should have been picked up by management but when he was there and came back he was on it just like the first time. Great service advisor. Will only go to him for my journey or my ram2500.

My daughter has an older Dodge Durango and I Solely rely on you Chris to do all of our service on her vehicle and I feel safe taking it to her knowing that she always has my daughter at the top of her list for safety on our vehicle and I really appreciate it that she cares

I took my 2014 Jeep jku here to have my airbag recall done and to take care of a bad rocker arm on my 3.6 engine not having bought the Jeep from this dealership I was weary about having the manufacturers powertrain warranty cover any repairs. On the second day of my vehicle being there I received good news from David in service my engine had been repaired and everything was covered cost-wise including the vehicle rental. Overall very satisfied

They were unable to service one concern due to diagnostic light not being on. Paul wAs kind and helpful but it was frustrating that my gear shift problem could not be addressed simply because it did not show up in the diagnostics
