It took 2 hours to program 2 key fobs. My truck was sitting outside and so I could see when someone was working on it. When they finally got outside to work i it, it took them less than 5 minutes and my bill was 150. I felt like I got ripped off. I also heard someone else come back in and was upset because a service tech hadn’t put oil back in his truck after service. Wow. My confidence is low and I’ll kikwly never come here again to get my truck serviced. Brent H

I don't like the fact that I have to pay you guys fifty bucks just to tell me I need brake pads and tires I knew I need tires but you can get brakes checked for free you charged me fifty bucks that's not right

Although they were brief interactions, Mr. Duncan made my experience at West Hills Chrysler a really good one. He was very prompt, courteous, and very informative of what will be done to my vehicle. I was very impressed when he briefed me on the vehicle inspection. I really appreciated the total cost that includes labor since im not a fan of hidden or undisclosed fees. Thank you so much and please continue to give the same level of customer service in which you provided me.

First let me say that the employee who handled my transaction was very polite and the service was completed quickly while I waited for my car. I originally came in for an oil change. However, after the employee suggested that I get the 12K service for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $189.95 plus tax I was charged an amount in excess of $230. When I inquired about why there were added costs I was told that was for "shop supplies". The employee (David Viveiros) then said he would take $15 off. (an arbitrary number) I paid $217 for the service and left but was very disappointed that the advertised $189.95 price was not honored. By my calculations the final service bill should have been $207 when 9% tax is applied. There was never any mention that "shop supply" costs could be added. I feel like I was duped. I hope not. I bought my Jeep there and have had all service done at your dealership since the purchase. Very disappointed. If there is a better explanation I would be interested in hearing it. Janet P

It was my first time at your establishment and it was very impressed! David was extremely friendly and very helpful. The job was done in record time! I was thinking it would take a couple of hours but it was less than that and so quick. I really liked that. I will be back for sure. Thank you!
