Garrett was professional as always. I was told my repair could take up to 4 hours. Dropped it off at 8:30 am and didn'tget it back until 5 pm. Also the fact that they did an slignment on the ftont end and now the steering wheel is off a few degrees. Kind of annoying

My appointment was for the 80,000 mile maintenance. I wanted everything checked out. I ended up with just an oil changed. Which he used my pre-paid ones for. The guy told me it’s all the same. From what I read per your website they are not the same thing. My passenger rear tire sensor was showing low. When I got my truck back, the senor was still showing low air. But yet supposedly per my sheet my tires were checked and rotated. Guess I will find a new dealership now to take my vehicles too, that is willing to do what the customers appointment was for!

We came in for an oil change for both my husbands Durango and my Pacifica and I also asked for them to check my tire pressure and the guy said oh yeah we always check that, so I said great! Thank you very much but they obviously didn’t do it because I got the car and it still has the tire pressure light on.. to overlook a simple request like that is very disappointing.

We dropped my car off at 10 this morning for a 10:30 appointment. We never received a call or voicemail or text or email that the car was complete. We were waiting on that and never got it. Had to call and the service center had closed so the person helping us had to call the manager for information. We got our car and the oil life was not reset and I didn't receive my invoice or maintenance sheet. Not impressed with the service today. Very unprofessional and not as great as the previous experience.
