Debris found in cabin filter makes no sense. Where did the pine cone debris come from ? Told the debris was picked up inside vehicle. Cabin filter showed like miniature pine cones. Engine filter may be not cabin filter. Since purchased vehicle nothing but problems. Battery in less 24 hours of purchase. Brake issues in 5 months of purchase. Engine replacement after a year. Coolant issues with air conditioner at 19 months.

My vehicle was rendered UNSAFE!! by your staff. Exterior mirrors were rendered unusable. Both! The detent for proper alignment with the pivot base is 30 degrees forward of normal. Almost seems like vandalism! Expect contact and solution.

Kristyn was very helpful and kind and made sure that I was completely taken care of for my service the day of and made sure that I would have the rest of the work done by scheduling me in time, by for a necessary road trip "Move" for a family member at the end of the month. Its people like Kristyn that give the dealership a good reputation. Thanx Kristyn you made my day!

Something is wrong with the brakes on passenger side. I'm having it towed in because it was smoking and I couldn't touch my rim on that side by the time I got home. It's late and people at Chico towing seem incompetent. Even when they called back she had our address wrong when I had given it to her st least twice. Probably going to get towed in sometime tomorrow (hopefully). It better get fixed the right way...it has been a terrible inconvenience for me and I expect something in return for the hassel of this.
