It was a little bit of a rocky start , but Garrette Lebelle won we over. I've had a reoccurring issue with my truck and Garrette is helped me through everytime. Taking time to look over my whole Process. I'm not over exaggerating when I say Garrtte is the single reason that I will ever return back to West Hills Dodge for future maintenance needs.

Nice guy at the counter but I had several questions about a couple of steering recalls on my vehicle and couldn't get a single answer that wasn't a maybe, should, or I think without offering to get the information for me from someone that was competent about the concern. The recalls were addressed as far as I know but the lack of explanation was difficult to take on something as serious as a potential steering failure which although my truck was recalled, it apparently doesn't have parts affected by the recalls. I would like to see improved customer service in answering (or trying to get the proper information) the customer's questions. I typically avoid dealerships for these reasons and do everything possible myself.
