I was very satisfied with service writer Zach who stayed in touch and kept me informed along the way. As for the technician - I just am not certain why it took so long to troubleshoot the TPMS issue. Thx Dan Pavlik

The only problem I had is that she did not locate me when the service was completed. I guess I was not in the proper waiting room. Otherwise service was good.

Found a vaporizer pen in my truck when I got it back. Was not completely clean on the inside or outside like they did a half **** detail job. Can't prove it but I'm pretty sure someone was rallying my brand new truck when it was in for service.

I have had better service from other associates at the service department in the past. It was a nice surprise that my points were used towards the service of my car. That was the first time any associate had mentioned them to me. I find that I do a lot of waiting at the service department before anyone ever acknowledge some which is frustrating. It comes across as though my time is not valuable

Make sure people know that an appointment guarantees nothing but that your car will get worked on sometime during that day. Does not guarantee a time that it will be worked on.
