Garrett was extremely helpful during this recall process! He really took care of me; coordinated the rental car, kept me informed as to the progress of my truck, great sense of humor too. If you look at the history of my truck and what I’ve had to go through, if I were to say I was a unhappy customer would be an understatement! However, with the service I received from Garett, my faith an feelings towards West Hills have taken a complete 180. Thank you!

Service department appears to overwhelmed. Our Jeep was there "11 weeks". But I had to the effort into making daily calls, research to learn about support from Jeep Wave/Care. You can see and feel the tension as you stand at the service department area. I only received calls from West Hills Jeep if or when I called them first. Pretty frustrating experience to see that my local Jeep service center may not be reliable.

My truck was in the shop for almost 10 days for a days worth of work. I was only called once. After a couple days to be updated. I had to call 3 other times after that to get updates, if i wouldnt have called i dont think i would have known what was going on.

They did not replace my rear wiper because didn't have in stock! Seems would stock! Didn't give any idea when would have one! The whole reason for the service we're going on trip & all wipers were getting bad! Git new front ones but not the back & asked they be done when making appliances!
