I didn't receive any receipt or warranty info on the new tires I purchased. I paid for the tires previous to getting them mounted and balanced. Maybe that was the reason for the oversight.

A quoted 2.5 hour repair took 5 days. Although I appreciate the thoroughness in the repair, the communication was severely lacking. For every update, I had to call and find out what was happening. The first day (friday), I dropped the vehicle off at 730 and was told it would be done by end of day. At 530pm, I called because I had not heard anything and was informed equipment broke down and the repair would not be completed. That's fine but it would have been nice if someone called to let me know. Saturday I had to call 2 times to find out what was happening and again Monday at 2pm before I was finally told the vehicle would be ready Tuesday. Tuesday, once the vehicle was ready, was the first time anyone voluntarily called me to give an update. Following that my bill was $34 higher than it should have been and I had to question this in order to pay the correct amount I was quoted. I've had good service here in the past but this time was far from great. Communication is key and it severely lacked.
