Could not find a place to park. It appeared to be too many cars in the lot. If I would have been going in for parts I wouldn't have been able to.

I received my car back with a broken windshield this afternoon, and told someone would call me back today. My husband talked to James the service manager while picking up the car and told him about it. Upon the car arriving home, I seen the window and called Zac Reed in service immediately, I was told I would be called right back, and he verified my phone number with me. At 6pm I text Zac Reed in service on his cel number to ask if he was still calling me back. He assured me he was, I was not forgotten. Well either I was forgotten, or ignored. My car is still not fixed, they could not find out what was wrong with it after having it over a week, and now it is returned with damage to the windshield, and not even addressed like it is a concern to anyone. I am paying a lot of money for this car, it is a huge concern to me. This is my baby. I want this addressed ASAP please and thank you. Coni Atwood ****-****-xxxx
