I waited 5 months for the camera I ordered, which I know there are lots of variables that go into shipping and receiving. I scheduled a time to drop off my truck for an oil change and installation of back up camera. Dropped it off on time, was quoted 2-3 hours. Came back 4 hours later after no update. Was told come back tomorrow. The next day received a call at 11 am saying installation was quoted improperly, and that it would be closer to 4 hours. I’m happy with the finish’s led product. However, unhappy that it took a day and a half and the price of labor doubled from what I was originally quoted. Mostly, the communication was terribly poor. If realistic expectations were set from the beginning i could deal with it.

Very personable and professional staff. However, this symptom has been obvious since the day I bought this car. I brought it back the first week I owned it and the service staff, also nice and professional, said the noise was normal. I feel that this should have been fixed in 2014.

Accommodated us and squeezed us into their already full appt schedule to repair our vehicle’s recall issue, so that we could have peace of mind on our upcoming drive to Montana. Also the work was finished hours before the promised time, which really helped us out and was very much appreciated. So Thank you! Definitely will bring our Jeep back if other repairs are ever needed.

I appreciate the professional and efficient service provided by Zachary Reed, the service advisor, and Dakota, the technician. They ensured that the service was performed correctly and on time, and they answered all of my questions. This was a comparatively minor service need; however, in my book, for someone to do a small job well is a sign of a true professional, and it means that they can be more trusted for the big things.
