Almost 5 weeks to repair my van. That is embarrassing. Almost no communication from service department. Patrick was never available to talk or give updates. Receptionists continued to blow me off. Will never use your business again.

I was 99% satisfied, the one thing is that the lights part of the checklist said everything was checked and good (green box) but my reverse light has been out for some time. It made me question what else was just checked off the list. I don’t need to be contacted. Thanks!

First off. All the parts for the recalls i was bringing my car in for weren't ready. The replacement radio wasnt there either. Both reasons i had set the appointment to get my car work done. This caused extra days i had to rent a car for. Of which two days were supposed to be paid for by the dealership. This didn't happen. Second one of my recalls was for the passenger air bag. Upon recieving my car the passenger air bag light is on. And im being told i will need to set another appointment and pay for diagnostics. One would think you replace a component of a system and have a light when work is done... you troubleshoot before you state the work is complete. Staff was very friendly. However i am pretty irate at the fact they werent fully ready to recieve my car and commence work on it right away.

I’m just very disappointed in the length of time it took when I had an appointment and the person I contacted at the desk didn’t even say two words to me when he walked out to get info off my truck. I just felt it was very unprofessional and I honestly can’t wait until my free oil changes are done so I can go elsewhere.

Vehicle was not ready when promised and no follow up call was initiated on your end. We had to call in to see if the vehicle was ready and told no it was up in the air being worked on 2 hours after I was told it would be ready. Inconvenienced our day big time

My only issue was, what I consider company policy, your treatment of future handicapped customers. I am disabled and live alone. My vehicle is my lifeline. I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, when I didn’t have the use of my Jeep. Then another three weeks for the repair. I use hand controls making it impossible impossible to borrow a car. If you could give a little extra thought into making the process quicker and and easier on that small group of customers, I would feel even better with my experience.

The service guys are great, I’ve had great experience with David, Gabe, and Zach… That being said I more than likely will not get my jeep service there again because of the difference in cost as to going elsewhere. I am going to save almost $200 from the lowest possible quote I could get from West Hills by going to a different shop. It is a shame, as I have been a loyal customer for many years both by purchasing cars/trucks there and also in the service department.

I was told my appointment for rear control arms replacement was at 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9 AM told my service representative that I would be waiting for my jeep liberty. While walking around your lot looking at your inventory I notice my vehicle parked in your back lot at 10:30. I walked back at 12:00 my vehicle was still in the same back lot location. When I asked the service representative why I was told I needed to be here at 9:30 when my vehicle vehicle was just sitting in your back lot until 12:00. The answer I was given is that is the way we do our scheduling. When called to make the appointment I was told the work to replace the control arms would take one half day. The truth is it took .6 hours. This will be the last time I will use your auto group for service on either one of my vehicles. It only appears I got any service on my jeep is when I told the service representative was ready to take my vehicle to another dealership!
