I scheduled my service appt out a bit so you could order the parts you needed ahead of time. Pretty quickly into the job today you right away called and said you needed my car overnight for lack of parts. I'm definitely needing to do some juggling around now. Second, it sounds like You're having trouble finding my extended warranty coverage. I've had no conversation with you guys about price at this point yet it seems like You're moving along with the service. I hope everything works out all right.

Every thing was performed as promised. I was told it take about an hour and it was a bit less than an hour. Also the waiting lounge is well kept and the coffee is good.

I had my oil changed at my recent visit. Kristyn Giles was very professional in all aspects of her job. While I was completely satisfied with the service that Paul provided, I am somewhat disappointed with the jeeps electrical system. From the failure of the steering column related systems to the failure of the GPS. These are not things that should go wrong with a car that costs over $40,000. This is my second Jeep and probably my last. Any time a car with less than 100,000 miles has this many systemic issues, it questions the commitment of the manufacturer to produce a quality product.
