Krys was nice, she kept me updated and helped me get my car out and paid for because I was in a hurry. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the free car wash coupon. However, the woman who scheduled my oil change guaranteed me the appointment would take an hour and no longer, which I was planning on because I had another appointment scheduled for immediately following my oil change at the dealership. The oil change took longer than one hour and Krys told me an oil change takes 1 hour 15 minutes. I was just a little frustrated because the woman over the phone when scheduling guaranteed me it would take no longer than one hour.

It was our first time there for service on our jeep. David was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He took the time to help us understand a few things we did not know about our car. We definitely will be back and I hope David is able to assist us again.

I had to return the vehicle after fixing multiple recalls and even again had to leave it overnight because the technicians did not reprogram a computer correctly... forcing me without my vehicle for another day and the wasted time driving back and forth to the dealership. Something they could have fixed quickly while i waited when I brought the truck back.
