Service was great but the fact that i had to pay a 130$ for a "software upgrade" to use the trailer hitch i installed is bs even when the wiring was all installed. Recommend telling jeep they will lose customer cause of this bs. Tesla sends updates wirelessly and for free. I think next vehicle i will buy will be from there.

A part needed to be ordered for the Pacifica and was to arrive 6/27-6/28 and I would be contacted to schedule another appointment to complete the repairs. I sent a message (7/1)Monday night inquiring about the part/appointment. No response. I called Wednesday (7/3) and was informed the part will be arriving 7/5 and would be contacted to schedule the appointment. It’s now Saturday (7/6), still no appointment on the schedule. My husband leaves town on the 11th at which point I won’t be able to bring the van in because I’m not strapping 2 car seats and 3 kids into the shuttle van. I had the option to leave the vehicle there until the parts arrived after the first appointment. Had I done so I would be livid! Now we’re probably looking at the end of July for service and I’m stuck with a bull **** air conditioner and need to worry about having my 4mo old baby in the back of a hot **** van. Unacceptable!

Job well done except for one issue I forgot to bring up to Patrick I would love to have him look at it immediately if I could otherwise everything was great leaving to Michigan in two weeks like to have it done before I leave thank you for your service

My appointment for my oil change was 2:30. I arrived at 2:15 to check in. I did not get my vehicle back until almost 5pm. I had an engagement at 6pm which meant I had 10 minutes to eat dinner. I was so stressed when I got home because of the long delay. When I made the appointment, I was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes. My car sat at least an hour before it was even worked on. When I would check in on how much longer, I was told “just a couple of minutes “ which turned into 30 or 40 minutes later. I would prefer honest answers instead of being placated with untruths. Will there be a next time? Unfortunately, yes, because I bought the oil change package when I bought my car. However I will take their offer of a replacement vehicle instead of waiting around.

I had a lot better out come this time than the last time that I was there. Every thing went well for me. I would like to thank you for the truck rental since my truck was being repaired. Thank you for the great service. It was nice to get my truck back the same day. You all have a great and happy 4th of July. Thanks again.

I gave my work number to call me when the job was done and was told early afternoon. I went home at 1530 and still no word. I called for Kristyn and was told she was on the phone and they put me into her voice mail. I left my home number on the vm and never heard back from her. I called again a couple hours later and asked that she call me and she said she never got my voice message on her phone.
