Only feedback I have is that when I arrived for my appointment I waited 15 minutes which was excessive. This was my first experience with Zach and I liked him very much.

David Vivieros was the best service rep I ever dealt with! He did a great job by acting quickly to get me in and out and he took the time to look at an issue with my Rambow hinge. Outstanding !

Have always had good service. Would suggest in future, when Informing customer of any type of leak, take pictures of the leak in order to show customer.

Took multiple trips for diagnostics, even with FCA corporate invoked I never got a call from service manager, just a text, “mr Clark your car is in god hands.” Based on this service since feb, I will not buy our next family jeep from you all. One of the jobs was rework from February when your service writer said “just drive a few miles and it will reset”. Took 3 weeks to get a diagnostic appointment. For two of my “appointments,” Patrick wasn’t there/busy and another writer said “I didn’t have an appointment,” and only “my” service writer Patrick sort of knew what was going on. David was an absolute jerk. Final insult was shoddy work... pulled my car up front, and the odometer was flashing. I had to get service writer to get a tech to take back and re-flash something. Never should have happened because the car was given to me running and someone should notice the flashing OD indicates an issue on newer FCA cars. Whomever pulled it around should have caught that. I really think a call from the service Manager is appropriate as all the above is correctable if your staff cared about keeping customers. Wish tacoma dealer wasn’t an hour away but never had issues with them. Thanks for reading.

I typically dislike this dealership with a passion. The only employee I prefer to deal with is Garrett the service advisor. He is always going the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of.

Zach helped me quickly and efficiently. Gave me a visual on the filters instead of saying they needed replacement and letting me guess at their condition. Work was done right on his time estimate. Thanks

Zack was a terrific customer svc rep, keeping in touch, etc. However, after replacing our battery, the starting issues weren't solved. We were told then it was a fuel pump problem, but $1150 was more than we could afford, so we towed it to another place.

I don’t remember the guy who helped me but he wasn’t friendly at all, barely spoke to me and I’m not even sure he told me his name. At the end he handed me the paperwork and said everything is good with my car, here are your keys.
