Your service adviser took great care of me. I called from I-5 Tacoma after changing a tire on the freeway. The girl that answered told me I would be taken care of if and you were open til 7. I asked if she could check to make sure you had the tires in stock and she said not to worry you have a shuttle service if not? I then asked her to check again because if not I would wait and come next week to avoid traffic and make just one trip. She finally checked and let me know the tires were in stock. I then asked again “if I drive out there now can you replace the 1 tire? She said yes. When i got there I was told you were booked and could not get to it???? My service advisor took care of me

Garrett was AWESOME !! He got our jeep right in and it got done right when he said it would. He was super friendly right in the door and was able to answer all my questions. I will be bringing the jeep to him more often !!

I was informed that with 43 thousand miles i needed a brake fluid flush and a steering wheel flush. Plus i was told the fluids were very low and it woouñd cost me way over 400 dollars on top of the 350 dollars for the fuel filter replacement. I declined the brake and steering wheel fluid flush. While waiting for you guys to vaccum out my truck (which was not done until i said something about it). I did research on the web and dodge and mopar stated that the steering wheel did not need to be done until 100 thousand miles. After getring my truck back i checkef how low the fluida were acctual. And both showed full. It is very said how you try to cheat your customers.

There was no check in to let me know the appointment was going to take longer than expected. Oil change took 2 hours.

I waited 2 hours to get my oil changed whenI was told it would take an hour. The service rep was great and I understand that it is not his fault that it takes the mechanics 2 hours to do a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and fluid check. I brought in my truck last month and my vehicle was completed in the time I was told (1 hour), but I know that all fluids were not checked because within a couple of days after my service the window wash fluid went off and I had to put in almost a full gallon of fluid.

Was in for three items: 1) To have tail light fixed as water was getting in. Result: NOT FIXED 2) Leather seats creasing. Result: NOT FIXED 3) Fourth or fifth time in for transmission noise after going over bumps. Result: NOT FIXED All he was good for was telling me there was nothing that could be done. Never had such terrible service anywhere. I'll never recommend West Hills Jeep to anyone and I'll certainly never buy another vehicle here.

I’m still waiting for my truck to be completed and I certainly hope that the rest of the service team is up to snuff. I think that your questionnaire is a little premature but David was doing fine thank you.
